Example diet (the first stage)
On an empty stomach: phylum husks teaspoon diluted in a glass of cranberry water.
Before breakfast: a glass of hot water with lemon.
Breakfast: two scrambled eggs with spinach, green pepper and green onions 2DC cranberry water.
1 \ 2 large grapefruit
Salmon with lemon and garlic, asparagus, mixed green salad with broccoli and cucumber, one teaspoon of flaxseed oil and 2DC cranberry water.
Afternoon snack: apple
Dinner: 100 grams of meat sheep with a touch of cinnamon and a drop of dried mustard, kale in broth, baked summer zucchini with a hint of cloves and one tablespoon of oil flaxseed.
Teaspoon phylum husks diluted cranberry water.
